Meet our 2022 CAP Award finalists!
The Customer Advocacy Practice (CAP) Awards were created to celebrate excellence in advocacy, or as I like to say, advocacy done right. As the first and only vendor-agnostic awards program, it was important that this award program focused on strategy and outcomes, regardless of logo size, tools or budget. It’s our desire at Captivate to recognize the innovative and talented customer advocacy professionals side-by-side who are in the trenches, doing the work, shining a light on the importance and value of customer advocacy. And this year’s applicants did just that.
It’s always hard to narrow down the submissions. There is certainly no lack of innovation and talent amongst this special community.
Our finalists were chosen based on their demonstration of advocacy excellence and innovation within their teams and programs, and results that backed it up. They’re companies and individuals you may or may not know about, but they’re definitely ones to follow.
